Hi! I'm Gail K. Allen, an Intuitive Health Coach and Wellness Evangelist for small business entrepreneurs, coaches and busy professionals who have been putting themselves and their bodies last on their to do-list and are ready to create a healthy lifestyle.
I’m a natural teacher and mentor who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Rutgers University, a Graduate Certificate in Administrative Management from George Washington University, a Certification in Health Coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and I'm a certified raw food chef.
I created this program to help you discover the real you. It’s about taking your life to a new level through practicing self-care. The journey is to the bigger, bolder life that resides in you. The challenge is to think, feel, hear, see, smell, and touch what goes on in and around you in a deeper way; eyes wide open. You’re going to get dirty, smelly and funky before we can get to the sweetness of your life through a program of self-care with a focus on healing body, mind, and soul. I’m going to take you from stuck, unhappy, bored, or frustrated to a joyful, energy-filled place of living a consciously created life.

While overcoming tremendous hardships on my personal journey —including a brain tumor, a difficult pregnancy and premature childbirth, bankruptcy, job loss, and divorce—I created a mantra for myself “the mind is the master.” I believe all change begins with a change in mindset and that is the starting point of any transformation. The tools and ideas reflected in this program are the tools I used to get back on my feet, use daily and teach to my clients.
